How do I get an item signed?

Many items on the store are pre-signed by Lee. For items that are not pre-signed, a signing option may be available — where applicable, please select this on the product or add the relevant signing service to your order.

Items can be personalised — leave details in the order notes at checkout and specify which items if only part of your order. We take batches of items to be signed or personalised depending on Lee’s schedule, so please allow 3–4 weeks for these to be dispatched.

Signature placement and pen colour are at the artist’s discretion. Requests may be noted but cannot be guaranteed. Signatures are applied by hand and will vary in placement, size, and appearance.

Remarques are not available unless explicitly offered on the product listing.

Can I commission original artwork from Lee?

Lee accepts a limited number of commissions when his schedule allows.

If you're interested, please get in touch via the contact form with details of the subject or character you'd like, along with any size or format preferences. We'll discuss the request with Lee and get back to you with availability and a quotation.

Due to Lee's publishing commitments, commission availability can be limited and response times may vary.

Can I add a remarque to my order?

Yes. If you're interested in adding an original remarque to a comic, print or other item, please get in touch via the contact form with details of what you have in mind. We'll discuss the request with Lee and provide a price if it's possible.

From time to time, selected products will also include a remarque option directly on the product page. Where available, example images will show the style and level of detail you can expect.

Can you guarantee condition or grading?

Most items on the store are Lee’s personal comp copies and may have been stored in boxes or flat files.

Comics are bagged and boarded where possible, and items are checked to ensure there is no major damage.

We are not professional graders and cannot guarantee any grading outcome. Items are not sold as “mint” and are not guaranteed to meet third-party grading standards (including CGC).

If condition is important, you can request photos of the exact item before purchase.

Please note: This may take a few days. Items are not reserved while photos are requested. Items may sell in the meantime

Is an item in my cart reserved?

No — items are sold on a first come, first served basis.

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it, and it may sell out before checkout is completed.

Will sold out items be restocked?

This depends on the item.

Many products are Lee’s personal or complimentary copies and will not be restocked once sold.

Where possible, product listings will indicate if an item is expected to return.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes — we ship worldwide using Royal Mail, DHL and UPS.

Available services will be shown at checkout. Some locations may have restrictions depending on the carrier.

DHL and UPS cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

Will I be charged customs fees (USA)?

US orders are shipped using Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) services. This means any applicable import charges are handled at checkout, and orders should arrive without additional fees on delivery.

Printed materials such as comics, books, artwork (including prints and original art), and related items are typically tariff-free when correctly declared, though this may vary depending on the item and current regulations.

How long will my order take?

Orders are dispatched by our fulfilment partner, Uniquely Geekly, who ship for multiple artists. During busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer.

We aim to dispatch orders within 10–14 days, but during busy periods or where items require extra attention by the artist, please allow up to 3–4 weeks.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been sent.

Is this an official store?

Yes — this is the official store for Lee Garbett.

All items come directly from Lee or are approved by him.

Order fulfilment and store operations are managed by Uniquely Geekly on behalf of 13 Chambers Ltd.
