Shipping policy
Overview
This store is operated by 13 Chambers Ltd. Order fulfilment is handled by Uniquely Geekly on behalf of the artist.
As fulfilment supports multiple artists and projects, orders are processed in batches rather than same-day dispatch. During busy periods or around signing activity, dispatch may take longer.
Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for dispatch after receiving your order confirmation.
You will receive a shipping notification once your order has been sent, including tracking where applicable.
Packaging
All items are packaged carefully to arrive in a condition suitable for collecting and display.
Domestic (United Kingdom)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Free shipping is available on UK orders over £100 unless stated otherwise. This may not apply to certain items or promotions.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide using Royal Mail, DHL and UPS. Available options are shown at checkout.
DHL and UPS cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us. Items remain available for purchase during enquiries and may sell in the meantime.
United States (DDP Shipping)
US orders are shipped using Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) services. This means any applicable import charges are calculated and paid at checkout, so your order should arrive without additional fees on delivery.
Printed materials such as comics, books, and artwork (including original art and prints) are typically tariff-free when correctly declared. However, this may vary depending on the item and current regulations.
Lower value shipments (typically under $800 USD) generally clear without additional import charges, though this cannot be guaranteed.
In the rare event a non-DDP service is used, any local import duties or handling fees would be the responsibility of the customer.
Customs and Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or handling fees once they reach the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Transit Times and Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking (where applicable).
Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update. Tracking updates may occasionally be delayed or limited once parcels enter international postal networks.
If your order has not arrived:
- UK: within 14 days of dispatch
- International: within a reasonable timeframe based on the selected service

Returns (Shipping Context)
Our full Returns Policy applies. In summary:
- Defective or incorrect items may be returned for refund or replacement
- UK non-defective returns are accepted within 30 days (return postage paid by customer)
- International non-defective returns are not accepted
- Signed, limited, or exclusive items are only returnable if defective or by prior agreement
